EDRAK CONSULTING has been subcontracted under the ARPA mechanism funded by USAID to support ARPA COVID-19 Third Party Monitoring (TPM) work in Kenya. Working with 7 implementing partners in 12 Counties, the scope entails ensuring greater transparency and accountability by USAID’s Implementing Partners (IPs) in the scale-up and acceleration of equitable access and delivery of safe and effective COVID-19 vaccinations across Kenya. Edrak is implementing verification of delivery of equitable, safe, and effective COVID-19 vaccines and related interventions by USAID implementing partners. This includes validating coverage, targets, and populations reached by the IPs.

Third-Party Monitoring and Data Quality Audits

Client : Triggerise Kenya

EDRAK CONSULTING have been contracted to conduct monthly TPM visits and random and routine data verification audits to Triggerise supported sites offering sexual reproductive health (SRH) services such as free contraceptive (IUDs, implants, injectables, DMPA-SC and OCs) and HIV testing services including self-test kits, HIV care and treatment including Pre-Exposure prophylaxis and Mental health services, to verify the quality of services, assess the ability of data management systems to collect, manage and report quality service utilization data, and identify corrective measures and develop action plans for strengthening the data management and reporting system.

Formative Assessment for Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Barriers and Enablers in Western Kenya

Client : RTI International

RTI engaged EDRAK CONSULTING to conduct an assessment of the enablers and barriers to MHM and MHM programming. The purpose of this assessment was to assess the factors that aid or act as a barrier to MHM, find out the menstrual waste management options available, the gaps, and challenges, and examine the political and economic issues surrounding MHM work in Western Kenya.
